the classes are challenging, I sweat a lot and get a great workout, they target areas of my body I want to tone, and there isna lot of varietynwithin the workout so I am never bored. I love going to class!

Facility is clean and parking is easy. The classes are always well attended but not overly crowded and there's consistency with the instructors but each class is also unique. Thank you!!!!

I just started here and I'm already hooked. I love the vibe of the studio. The instructors are accepting and welcoming to all. I also love the spin on yoga. It takes the practice it kicks it up a notch...or two!!!

It was one of the best and most intense workouts I've tried. Blew my regular Pilates and soul cycle away. It was a bit intimidating in the beginning of class but ended up fun and I really felt I got the best work out.
