It was my first time at the Medford Studio and first time taking a class with Corepower Yoga and I found the employees/instructors very warm, friendly, helpful and professional.

I am a very athletic person; I play soccer, rock climb, ski, hike, go to the gym, etc. That being said, I had never tried a yoga class before and hesitated to because I have never liked group workout classes. CorePower Yoga changed my mind. I attended the C2 class and a sculpt classes so far (it has only been 3 days since my first class), and I think I am hooked. I got a great workout and this was most important to me! The studios are clean along with the rest of the building. Everyone has been really nice and helpful. I also have to say that the 7-day free trial is huge, being new to yoga it was nice to try it out without the pressure of spending money on an activity I was unsure if I would enjoy or not.

Cleanliness, friendliness, and support and instruction during classs

All of your teachers are incredible. Format for classes that are of the same types are similar, but with enough variation, you feel like you are getting something a little different. I NEVER leave a class feeling as if I just had an easy work out. All the classes are challenging.

I also really am pleased with the facility and it's cleanliness. This goes a long way in my book.

I was going to specifically mention some of the teacher's by name, but I can't think of one I wouldn't include. I have taken a lot of yoga at several different places, including Baptiste and your teachers are the best I have ever experienced.

Clean inviting area with all the amenities I'd want, Shower, changing room, etc.

This was my first visit since moving to Boston being from Denver. The studio was very clean and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the instructor as well.

I love the atmosphere. I love that the classes have a mix up in routines so you do not feel like you keep repeating the same class over and over again.

Amount of classes offered each day. Classes always start on time and end on time. Nice facilities with friendly, knowledgable instructors who are passionate about what they do.

The teachers are aware of the room temp and make sure to purge the air if it gets too hot. They are high energy and friendly when you walk in.
