Sarah, the instructor was fantastic- lot's of hands on corrections and seems to pay close attention to every person in the class. Great amenities and it was nice that lockers and locks are provided.

I really like the laid back atmosphere and the supportive teachers. I would really love another chakra and restore class - it is important to my own practice to have more meditative classes like these ones!

The place is clean. Staff are very friendly and always they greet you with friendly smile and they greet people by their first name.
I also love the classes Core Power Yoga gives. There are many choices so we can adjust our levels and choose what we'd like.
The workout is a GREAT combination of the benefits of
Yoga, Pilates, and Aerobics. And I live that I can work
out at my own pace, with alternative moves if
I need to modify. I thoroughly enjoyed my two days there!
The teacher was great and encouraging throughout the entire practice and the class provided the best workout for all levels. I'll absolutely be back!

The instructor was very welcoming and an excellent teacher. This was my first time trying hot yoga and I really enjoyed it. The facilities, including the locker room, were very clean and nicely designed. I will definitely be back!

The instructors are knowledgable of all the newcomers and proceed in a way that doesn't intimidate or take away from the experience from the yogis in the class.
