The studio is so clean and calming, and the staff is so friendly. The sequence was great - empowering and challenging, meditative and soothing, guided with space reserved to receive whatever I wanted out of the experience.

The locker rooms were nice, the towel and mat service too. I have never done hot yoga and thought the class was great too. I never thought that a class on Mondays at noon would be so packed too.

I love how welcoming and accommodating Core Power Yoga is. The studios are very spacious and clean and the locker rooms with showers are a huge plus. On top of all that, the teachers are amazing!

I love everything about CorePower's Medford studio. The classes are awesome, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the studio is always clean. I especially love the days when i walk in and there is free coffee, treats or the usual peppermint patty =)

Sarah, the instructor was fantastic- lot's of hands on corrections and seems to pay close attention to every person in the class. Great amenities and it was nice that lockers and locks are provided.
