Took my first C1 Class there on Saturday- Emily was fabulous teacher- not too slow even for an entry level class. Learned basics, but still got a good fast flow in! Medford space is wonderful- I can't believe I found a yoga studio with a shower and nice locker room- awesome!

Beautiful facility! All the instructors that I have had have been great. Good variation in classes. Lots of classes to choose from every day.
The class was great, and being new to yoga I felt comfortable with the movements. The studio was clean and bright which I also enjoyed.
I love the instructors and the environment. I wouldn't do hot yoga at any other place!
Clean friendly professional atmosphere
The staff was very friendly and helpful right from the beginning and the studio itself was clean and warm. The class was intense and left me sore the next day but was not painful in any way. It combined a more classical workout class and yoga seamlessly.
Everyone is so welcoming and friendly even if you do not know how to do many of the positions.

The class I took was my first one and it was definitely difficult but made me want to come back
I really loved the tall ceilings and the features like the dressing room and the water bottle filler. I also liked that there were mirrors so I could look at my alignment.
I love how clean and well-organized the studio is, I LOVE the playlists, I like that the temperature is hot, but not too hot and I love the option to rent and purchase things in the studio.

The teachers are all very knowledgeable and provide a lot of different sequences in their classes. The studio is always neat and clean. The clothes I've gotten from CorePower are very comfortable and worth the price.
good music, hot room, great work out
Everyone at CPY is really friendly and the classes are a great workout. The teachers are extremely motivating and helpful. In particular, Maureen, Jenn Duran and Kristina G have made CPY Medford a great experience for me. In addition the classrooms and locker rooms are always super clean.
