Great yoga classes, fantastic instructors, positive friendly environment!
Teacher was amazing! The class was fast paced and yet she was still understanding that we were new to yoga and took the time to adjust our form and work with us as needed! One of the main reasons i plan on returning is because she was so helpful and encouraging! If only I knew her name! It was a 11am class Saturday!

I love the environment at CorePower Yoga. It's so clean and you provide hair ties which is awesome!! I also really love how you integrate yoga with weights for an amazing workout that is hard but so worth it when you're finished.

People are very friendly
The class moved at a challenging pace, which was a great work out! I loved the vibe, the instructor Vanessa had an awesome energy. I personally had to step out because it was a bit hot but never felt shamed for having to excuse myself. Overall, I felt supported and comfortable at Corepower and I can't wait to go again!
