Instructors!
Everyone is friendly and I get to work out:)
I love everything about CPY. The place is always clean, smelling good and teachers are excellent.
I love the environment in the studio, especially early morning weekdays. I think the instructors are the best. The class times are good. Although I was not happy when the 6:30 am class was cancelled over the summer. Love that it is clean and quiet, has parking, and teachers are really friendly.
I've tried a lot of different classes and I love how intense the Yoga Sculpt workout is.
I love corepower!!! It is such a great work out with positive energy and nice instructors. I really love it but sadly can’t afford to be a member
Great teacher, great facility. Love everything about CorePower Yoga at Winchester.
Great Class!
Everything!
really nice instructors...clean restroom
different classes to fiit different needs.
Friendly staff
All the instructors are so helpful and welcoming!
I love everything about it. I really like how some instructors use essential oils. I wish they all did.
The yoga sculpt classes and friendliness of the team are awesome! Hoping to move back into studio 2 for yoga sculpt as studio 1 is way to small to accommodate enough room for safety and comfort. Have heard many complaints regarding this issue
awesome place but not enough c1 classes. Had planned to come again but there aren't any c1 . We were advised by the doc not to take a class that is too hot....
Instructors and music. Size of rooms. Very comfortable.
Positive, clean facility and reenergized.
Exercising regularly helps my mental and physical health. I like the variety of classes and the time offerings.
I love most of the instructors, especially Ally. This location has better instructors than the others locally so I try to come here. I do wish Sculpt were not in the small studio though, it gets unnecessarily packed and hard to practice at full range of motion.
Winchester has a great staff and mostly i appreciate the broad schedule of classed from middle of the weekday to after 8pm on weeknights which is very helpful to me.
Love the 10 class option and the fact that I can use them @CorePower throughout the US.
Convenient
Professional, kind, convenient, service providers.
Friendly staff who know what they're doing
Always a friendly, welcoming staff! I look forward to going to each class and I'm bummed when I can't make it. The facilities are always well kept and clean and I love that there are full locker rooms with showers. Makes it very convenient when my life is so hectic!
Lovely people, clean space, positive environment.
Clean. Room was a little too hot today (Monday 7/23)
really nice studio, easy parking

I like the availability of classes, the sincere dedications from teachers, the variety of difficulty levels.
Would like to see...
Music at a volume that never competes with teachers instructions (it often does)
When music is used that it is strictly instrumental, or very subtle (distracts from mindful yoga but perhaps entertains bored teachers?)
Along this line, I think the voice of teachers, the content, tone, musicality, and language used are all part of the link that binds us at teachers and students. Encourage new teachers to find their voice, to think about wording and clarity, to use music as an accompaniment to their own importance, not a substitute.
Also, I like language that emphasizes the Group over the Individual. Our society needs group awareness and less personal ambition. An example is to say "nice adjustments" to everyone rather than "good job Tony..."...The language of We, Our, Let's, All of us...when appropriate.
Repetitive Strain Injuries often arise from neck, chest and peripheral nerve tensioning. I'd like to see more attention in poses given to neck lateral sidebending while laying down (this is far superior than standing if length is desired and safer), to shoulder/scapular retraction as in supine twist at the end of the treatment but with the addition of wrist/digit extension (palms back)...this really lengthens the Median Nerve (the carpal tunnel nerve) and finally, a little more time recovering back bend positions after a lot of forward folding...this re-establishes good lumbar curvature and protects against disc migration dorsally from sitting positions (forward fold).
