The instructors in all of the different classes are really great at changing the routine. I always feel like I am working on different muscle groups, or working different areas of flexibility. CorePower Yoga is a great experience, especially if you keep it up!

I wish 5pm sculpt were in the bigger room.

Check-in is super easy, and the yoga instructors make you feel comfortable and appreciated during class no matter where you are in your practice.

I went to 2 C1 classes last week and had a great time. Both instructors were awesome and I will definitely be back!!!
