The facilities are clean. The instructor for my recent class was great. She made tiny adjustments to my poses that helped me obtain a deeper stretch.

Really clean studio, beginner friendly, both instructors I have had have bee great. I have already recommended it to two friends who are joining.
For me, it's always about the professionalism and friendliness of staff, and the space was impeccably clean. Amelia's flow was uplifting and her guidance was sweet and thoughtful. I will be coming back for more.

I love the people who aread so friendly and always ask your name, the studios and bathrooms are always clean, and the the retail selection is great! (Although,a but pricey most of the time, I only look when there's a sale really). The classes are at pretty good times,and the rooms always have great heat!
