I like the sweat and cleansing feeling you have after class.
The sculpt class is great because you get some cardio bursts in between which is amazing!

Just moved here from Santa Monica (yoga capital of the planet) and can say this studio is top notch! The teachers are wonderful, hands-on - great diversity in teaching and always feel welcome. Have loved my time at CPY! Everyone is super nice and incredibly inviting. I am still learning some of the moves but instructors always help when I ask. Love it!

I almost died at the last core power class I went to. This is only because my stomach hurt beforehand and I'm pretty out of shape. I like the intensity, I however, do not like the heat. At all.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like that there are a large selection of classes offered many times thoughout the morning/day/evening. The teachers are all great and the only thing I would love is more parking but that is Austin.... building where the parking could be.
