The instructors are extremely welcoming and helpful. I recently had a baby and as I get back in to shape and working out, I have been welcomed in to the world of yoga by Corepower and it's been wonderful for my mental and physical health. I was late to a class and an instructor encouraged me to try a different class beginning 30 minutes late that I wasn't sure I was ready for. She was extremely helpful and provided guidance.
