I've been practicing at CorePower Yoga for several years. My home studios were all based in Chicago. I just moved to Austin on Saturday and was able to go to Monarch on Sunday morning.
It was a great class. Lilly put a great initial Core Circuit in the beginning of class... and the class was HOT. I loved it. I'll be back.

Really fun NYE sculpt class with glow sticks!! Kristin was such a great instructor, very positive and made the class super fun. Such a great way to end 2020 and start 2021. Excited to start going to more classes at Monarch. :)

CorePower is slowly turning into a second home for me! I love my experience right now doing YTT and love all classes I've taken. The teachers are amazing and I trust that they are well trained for what they are teaching.

I am regularly attend Core Power classes in Minnesota, so I was pleased to learn that Austin, Texas had several. I visited when I was in Austin on vacation.
Such a great environment with helpful instructors and challenging classes.
Classes are wonderful! Love the locations. Bummed there aren’t more events, but still a huge fan.
Forrest did a wonderful job. He had great cues and did a great job acknowledging students by name during class. Took a C1 class
Visited Monarch studio while in town from San Diego. Staff was phenomenal and Kinsey was very welcoming and made me fell like I was a regular in her classes.

Great class. Be aware of using filler words. Great energy. Great playlist. Great vibe. Heat was perfect.
