The friendly instructors and community within CPY along with the Irvine community via Free Lawn Yoga. Great way to introduce yoga to those interested. Love the outdoor element as well.
The staff are Sessional, friendly and many choices of classes hours. The facility is clean, so much positive in the studio and encouragement. Huntington Beach, California is the best yoga studio.❤️❤️ ❤️

MY favorite part of C2 is experiencing different flows and moves - which Lauren definitely included. She also kept the energy high and gave good cues.
I love CPY ands LOVE HPF and always enjoy my time at CPY. Its nice to get a chance to hit up Woodbridge periodically as well. Its a great studio with a great vibe. Hope you all have an AMAZING day!

I am now stronger, my core, balance, and flexibility have improved tremendously!! And the heat is addicting. Especially on a hard day of work, walking all day and tired. Yoga made me feels so much better afterwards.
