Side note - please get one of those water bottle fillers they have at Grant. With the two fountains nobody really uses both at once with the water pressure so it always takes a bit and creates a line.

I love CorePower Lohi! It is my favorite studio. Always clean, tons of great classes with attentive teachers.
JessicaDe and Kendal are awesome instructors. They both make the classes fun yet push you to get a great work out no matter what your fitness level. I also appreciate your schedule and the variety of classes that you offer. One thing I have found at other studios is if the small balls used. Those add an extra level of intensity and challenge and it would be great to see them at your studio
Jess De is the best teacher ever. Her 8:30am Sunday class at LoHi is my favorite workout of my life.
