This was my first time to core power yoga. It was a new experience for me, and I was delighted to survive my first C1 class! I am approaching 60, so I was sore for a day or two, but my instructor, Whitney, was very careful to correct my positioning, and she made sure that I did not overextend myself. Maybe it's just in my head, but I feel I already have better balance and control.
As it was the first week of the new year, the focus of our class was on forgetting what lies behind, and pressing on to what lies ahead. I appreciated how Whitney wove that emphasis throughout the entire hour of instruction. I left the class refreshed and invigorated! I'll be back!
I was visiting recently from Chicago and took 3 classes during my free week at the LoHi location! All 3 instructors I had were great. I'm not used to hot yoga and don't love it but the classes were challenging and flowed so well I forgot about the heat. I'll be visiting a CorePower in Chicago for sure and definitely when I'm back in Denver. :)

Love the studio and the teachers. Mainly, at LoHi, I see Nattiel, Allie Bo, Courtney Chlouber, and Davina. I really enjoy their classes, they play cool music too. Others are great too, I just see them the most! Great vibe, great parking, great staff.
