I love the LoHi studio! The instructors are consistently excellent, and the class offerings are plentiful. I am from the Bay Area, and I questioned whether I would be able to find solid yoga instructors when I moved out here. I have been nothing but impressed with the classes at LoHi. After a long day at the office, I can always count on a yoga sesh at LoHi to center me and leave me feeling refreshed (and sore)!

Excellent class - instructor was energetic and flow was smooth - extremely clean studio - warm and welcoming at front desk upon arrival and when I left. Plenty of parking!

I went to 6:45 C2 at LoHi on Wednesday 6/12. I can't remember the name of my instructor, but the class was one of the best I've taken in a while. The instructor put together a creative & challenging flow that was super rewarding. Also absolutely loved her playlist. Kudos!

I was visiting Denver this past weekend and decided to try out one of your classes. In short - it was amazing. Lauren Elizabeth was the instructor and she has wonderful energy and poise, also her music selection was top notch. The facilities were clean and accommodating, and I was able to get in a monster workout! I truly hope you consider opening up franchises in Michigan because I think you would do very well here, and I be one of the first to commit. Overall experience: 10/10
