I go to Lindsey Last name removed's C2 class Saturday @ 10:30. Love the class! She is Awesome. She always has a theme and integrates it wonderfully throughout the class and from week to week. Lindsey is challenging and her music is fantastic. I can tell she spends a-lot of time planning and making sure she is on point for each and every class. Many yoga instructors attend her class so you know it has to be good! Keep up the great work Lindsey! If I lived closer I would take all of her classes.

I would still like to have a 6 am sculpt option at either Highlands or Lohi. Kinda have given up asking. I know others feel the same way.
I like yoga sculpt and then the opportunity to also take Yoga 1 & 2 and Hot Fusion.

I love Corepower and have been going for years. Lately whenever have been going it has just been WAY too hot in the classes. It has been close to 100 degrees in Denver for the past couple months and it is really overwhelming to go from that outside temperature to an even hotter studio (it might not technically be over 100, but with the added humidity it always feels hotter). It has unfortunately deterred me from going to yoga as much lately as I would like. I left a class this past week feeling like I was going to faint from the heat, everyone seemed to be struggling with the heat in the class. This is nothing against the teacher, I loved the teacher and take her classes a lot. I had to step outside to get my heart rate down and just wished it was a little cooler so that I could've enjoyed the class more.
