Everyone at the studio makes me feel welcome and a part of the team. The community is amazing and I enjoy the variety of classes I can attend any time a day! I do love the yoga core restore in the evening, I wish it was every evening. It helps me rewind at nighttime.

All of the instructors have their own style and bring a unique perspective to each class! I used to think yoga wasn't as "hard" of a workout as other classes, and boy was I wrong - my body has toned up and I feel stronger; at the same time, the classes aren't as hard on your joints and body. A win-win!
The class routine changes up right when you’re about to get tired of it! I only take the sculpt classes so enjoy the dynamics of this!! Was so relieved when the Frogger move was retired in late January (super rough on my knees)!
I also just found Sherri as an instructor and LOVE how much barre she incorporates in to her sculpt class!
The energy of the Denver Lohi studio
This studio has the best teachers, community, and overall vibe. Every time I visit I feel immediately uplifted. I recommend CorePower to all of my friends, and this studio in particular!

I like the classes and times offered. The instructors are encouraging and each one provides different flows. I like the progressive week cycles as well, that show growth and movement in a flow. The facility is well maintained and staff are welcoming and kind. Love taking classes here.

Terri is such a gifted teacher! Love being in her classes but Lohi’s heat is crazy HOT!
Very good instructors and facilities are always clean/well kept. The only thing I would like to change is the 45 min sculpt classes back to 1 hour.
