I really like the studio and teachers, but I don't know why you insist on packing so many people in such a small room, referring to Studio 3. You allow too many in and that room gets very hot regardless, no need to over pack it with people.

Robyn’s classes are a complete reset for the mid, body and soil. She puts her whole self into each and every single class. Her music is great, too. I enjoy studio 1 as well. Nice upgrade to the second weight rack too.

Robyn and Arthi are the best yoga instructors I've ever had the privilege of experiencing. I love the heat, I love the workouts they put together and the messages they deliver! Ashley Bu, Terry S, and Jay H are also amazing!

I was visiting a friend and had a great experience doing the yoga sculpt class! When I move to Denver in August, I will definitely consider signing up for some classes or a membership.

Feedback is about the flow of room two. When walking into the room from the side and not the back caused a lot of confusion for me especially when someone was set up with their mat right in front of the door. Their Mat was disrespected so repeatedly because everytime enetered we had Had to step on her mat to get to our mat or trying to jump over it. It didn’t make sense and I could see it bothered her. Moving the mirrors to the other side of the wall so it would have us enter from the back or maybe a piece of safety tape on the floor to create enough space between where the person sets up there mat and how far they are from the front door.
The other thing is the placement of the weights. A neutral spot would be better or placing some of them closer to room three and room one and some closer to room two. There are a lot of heavy weights, potential of dropping and hurting yourself and having to go back and forth so much also feels unwarranted.

Lots of classes all day from morning to nite and multistate/city locations
I like the studios, the teachers, and the cueing they give during class. I used to live in Denver but am just visiting for a week, so I made sure to visit the studio while I am here.
CorePower is consistent, challenging, accepting and flexible-ha! Flexible meaning every hour on the hour I can find a class at all the many locations so no excuse not to go. It’s not just yoga there is strength training in two forms now between the strength X and Sculpt class. Now you can do 45 min classes if you’re in a time crunch. I used to have two memberships one for yoga and another place for strength training but with all the new options I just go to CP and save $180 a month. Thank you CP for being a stable presence in my life.
Love CorePower ! All of the teachers are amazing -they truly put their all into every class. Appreciate the consistency from studio to studio - always a great experience !
If your going to conitnue with strgnth x , you might consider some heavier wieghts.
