The location and size of the LoHi studio was great! Locker rooms were a bit tight though.
I enjoy yoga, but sometimes it can be very intimidating and make people feel incapable if they can't keep up with others. However, at corepoweryoga the instructors do a great job of making you feel comfortable and help you improve based on your level. Especially Amy Breaker. She's great at controlling the room and making it feel like a very positive and productive environment. I really enjoy going to yoga, and I'm always looking foreard to it.

This studio and the Grant studio are my favorite in Denver.
Additionally, I think the instructor I had on Sunday was the best I've ever had at CP. Great variety in poses, good understanding of where the class was (from a fatigue/endurance perspective) and consistent with timing.

Since my first trip in to the CPY LoHi location I felt welcomed and comfortable. The teachers at this location are so wonderful, being newer to yoga they have really helped me gain confidence and feel great! Going to a gym was never something I've had any interest in and working out in a group setting felt uncomfortable for me but Corepower has definitely changed that. I always look forward to going to classes here and I'm so happy I gave yoga a try!

As my wife likes to say, Lohi is like a resort. One thing... on Tuesdays and Thursday, if the restore class could be pushed back 15 minutes to make a c2+restore double possible, that would be AWESOME!
