The teachers are the company's greatest assets. I've been going three years strong, over 800 hours of practice, at West Berkeley and Shattuck, and that wouldn't have happened without good teachers. And not one injury!

The teachers are without a doubt the best thing about Berkeley West. It's been a shame to see so many leave to other CP locations or leave the company. Heather and Shauna are such great teachers, and I can only hope they stay. I hope CP is fair to its teachers, because without talented teachers, there would be no reason to pay such high prices.
The teachers are all very knowledgeable and compassionate. The shower amenities are also very nice...:)

I love the schedule and variety of classes! Instructors and playlists are great!
The studio was nice, had easy parking, and wasn't too crowded. The sculpt class was easier than ones I've been to in Boston & DC, so it could made be a little more difficult.

Excellent teacher lovely facility
I like the variety of sequences in the CP2 classes. I like the variety of classes - Hot Power Yoga, CoreRestore, etc. The staff is approachable and friendly, and the facilities are well-kept.
I like the atmosphere, and the modifications really helped me be able to participate in the session.

I like the classes and it's fairly easy to get to. Parking is decent and it's located close to my house and the freeway.
