Great space, free parking, showers, very helpful on phone and in person and the class itself was wonderful. Liked the combo of yoga flow, small weights, cardio break, all to the beat of the music and then a svasana to finish and still feel the benefits of a yoga class.

Great work out! I would give them a 10 = but seems like turnover is pretty high, at least the classes that I go to, and there aren't teachers teaching consistently.
