I like the many class time each day. The cleanliness of the facilities, plus the hair dryer,deodorant, and toiletries that are available if needed. Teachers with warm and welcoming attitudes.

There are a few teachers here who have literally changed my life - in small and ginormous ways. Its a friendly, accessible place that let's you yoga the way you can and want to but has ways for you to learn more over time if you want.

I love most of the classes, but wish some of the c2 teachers had more experience. Some teachers have trouble remembering their sequences, and not every class includes an arm balance or inversion.

I love the Sculpt classes because its an efficient workout!

The intensity of the classes

Great teachers. I think the bathrooms and studios should be cleaner than they are. I know those areas are high traffic, but I expect dedicated staff attention to be paid to cleanliness consistently.

Amazing instructors and clean studio

Teachers are enthusiastic, facility is inviting, there is a parking lot.

Needs some updating and deep carpet cleaning. New water bottle refillb station vs. Water fountain. Move mouthwash and cups away out dated germy hand dryer.

I love the sculpt classes they are a great workout in just one short hour and also allow me time to be present and peaceful at the same time.

I have not had a teacher I didn't love. Even thought the class is the same the teachers bring something different to every class. I love all the retail stuff too- big trouble. I don't feel that there is any judgement and I just love everything about it! I feel so centered and relaxed when I leave class and makes me feel better about everything in my life! Good attitude, positivity and love out to the universe !!!
