The classes are challenging and most of all, I love that I sweat and feel like I got an actual work out. I work in an office and it's hard to get cardio in during my day. The fact that I feel like I get sufficient cardio in the Corepower 2 class, makes me forever loyal to corepower yoga over other studios that I have tried.
I've never had my butt kicked so hard as in Sculpt class at CPY. The C2 classes are also fantastic!
