I really enjoy the combined benefits of yoga. On one hand, it offers a light to heavy workout, and on the other hand, it has a meditative component that is deeply relaxing. Also, the classes have a community feel which is equally relaxing and motivating.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very clean and well maintained.

Great location. This was my first time there - live and work out in suburbs - and likely won't have many chances to visit West Loop. Staff was very welcoming, explained parking (as I immediately admitted I struggled with it which made me late for the 4pm class that is was hoping to take...)

The West Loop CorePower is very clean and well-organized. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. All instructors that I have had, have been amazing and play great music! Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion have been my favorite classes thus far.

The only product I have purchased was a mala at the roscoe location. I just really enjoyed my class and the staff at the desk were the most friendly I've encountered overall.

Her classes range from being loving to patient with a kind voice.

The room has a great energy and isnt OVERCROWDED
which is a huge deal for me- especially when doing YOGA

I like the amount of classes offered throughout the day. At any time of day, there is always a class to join in, and all of the instructors are great, so you know you're going to get a great workout. I also love the intensity of the classes. The only thing that compares to the workout that I get during the sculpt class were football two-a-day workouts.

I really enjoyed Kiko's CP2 class. Not the usual moves for me, and it was just what I needed to add variety and challenge to my practice.
