This was my first visit to any type of yoga studio in over a decade. Amanda was friendly and answered my mountain of questions, which eased my nerves. I loved the Hot Power Fusion class!!! The music was hip and inspiring, and I found the idea of setting an intention going into the class very intriguing.

The staff is very friendly it's my first time doing yoga so they literally helped me from the second I walked in, and it's not intimidating, very clean facility I'm doing a free week pass I'll definitely buy more classes once my week is up

Kit's class, the music, the community!
Favorite class is yoga sculpt with Kit. The class is dynamic with great music, food number of reps (some instructor over do the reps) and every class is different. Love the challenge and the unknown when I come to class.
