The the quality of workout is consistently great. It serves me in a lot of ways. I use it to reset and reduce stress. The West Loop location is a convenient location and they have a parking lot!

I love the instructors and all the class options. The room in the back - studio 3 - does have some issues with the heater/humidity and doesn’t get as hot as it should. This happens often and should be fixed.

I love core power, however the last time I was there the floor was so dirty! I had someone else’s hair stuck to me! Ewww. The locker room too was filthy, like dirt and tissue on the floor! Other than that it’s fabulous!

Hi, I am part of the set team at West Loop and have been a Black Tag member for years. I love practicing CPY and love the studio and the instructors. I am very happy to have this studio in my neighborhood.

Y favorite Chicago studio with my favorite instructor Carmilla. Wish the studio was bigger and that students actually honored the tapes on the floor then it will be much easier to find a spot without having to play Tetris every class.

Wonderful friendly hospitable staff that made me and my teenage son feel relaxed and welcomed from the start. My son enjoyed having Jose as an instructor and asked to come back soon

This was my first time coming to an actual class instead of doing yoga at home. I loved the class, it was a bit more advanced than I’ve done but I was able to keep up. The instructor was amazing as well. I’ll definitely be coming back.
