Teachers and classes are amazing. I drive at least an hour round trip to come to this studio because I like it that much. I got a friend to join core Power because I talked about it so much but she doesn’t want to make the drive all the way to boulder even though I tell her how amazing it is. 😆

I like that there are a variety of classes and times. Between the south boulder location and the north Boulder location I can almost always find a class that fits with my schedule!
If I were going to recommend one thing - I would ask that there be a few more core restore classes during the week. I work Sunday nights and am recovering from hip surgery. That is one of the best classes for me, and it would be nice if it were offered 2-3 times during the week also!

The staff was friendly, facility very clean and had complimentary items should need them. The teacher was knowledgeable and finished class playing the harmonium with mantra. Beautiful experience!
I LOVE Sasha B Cohen and would LOVE to see her teach a regular class at South Boulder - she is one of the best teachers you have and has a great talent for combining strength, healing, movement and thoughtfulness all in one class.
Hope to see more of her very soon.

Great instructors. Great classes. Plenty of class options available all day long. I do wish the C2 classes weren't so hot, though. especially in the summer.
