All of the instructors are so amazing and really pay attention to individual students and their needs! I just wish South Boulder was keeping the CoreRestore classes at 8pm on the weekdays (my absolute favorite class) but hopefully they will bring it back after the trial period.
Joy is a great leader and sets the tone for the others really well, which is crucial. She is also always upbeat, very nice, friendly and accommodating.
