I like that the staff is very friendly. I also like that you have more than one location in Boulder. If I can't find a class that suits my schedule at one location, I can usually find one at one of the other locations.

I love your teachers and the great flow and energy they bring(which is why I drive to your studio from Arvada). However, the new schedule is not as accommodating in terms of taking double classes(sculpt and C2 back to back). Would be nice if you were to tweak the schedule a little to allow those that like the back to back classes(there are quite a few of us that do)

Great energy and nice instructors and other yogis. All around a great experience. The studio is not as hot as my regular studio in Deerfield ,Il. That worked fine for the class I was at but I do like the heat at my usual studio.

The services are great- I love the classes and the teachers- however the new schedule is not so good.

The instructiors and their unique attributes, hands down. Raj brings a deep understanding to his students and can physically manipulate a student's body to teach them how to feel the pose, while working the magic of yoga and encouraging his students to continue their work in space he holds professionally. Joy is warm, welcoming and genuinely cares about her students, and her team of instructors. She cares about quality in every clas and takes her role seriously and still comes up with creative sequences and well coordinated classes. Richi Jai is just straight inventive in his sequencing and keeps the mood light yet allows the opportunity for his students to go deep. Sasha holds space for those who want to tap into the spiritual aspect of the practice on and off the mat while integrating beautiful language and a broad understanding of how impactful yoga is.

Sadly, I have seen so many of these high level instructors who came to be at CPY leaving for competing studios in town. My hope is CPY Corporate creates incentives for experienced instructors who remain loyal to stay that way and to continue teaching for years to come without wavering or wondering if the grass is greener with studios that just don't have the feel that CPY SoBo creates. It's an extended family at SoBo and a safe space to heal and a source to seek inspiration. A staff of dedicated, excellent instructors is what makes CPY SoBo so incredible.

I get a lot of personal attention and adjustments at the South Boulder studio. The teachers are friendly and are happy to share their helpful advice. I was a hot yoga fan and was a little worried when that class went away, but I tried the hot power fusion, and I'm loving it. I also really enjoy catching a Friday night C2 class around the time frame that suits me, which used to be a yoga sculpt, which is just too extreme for my body.

Variety and consistency

Laura combined the right mix of music (I love some of the traditional Sanscrit arists as well as those with a contemporary beat) with sequencing of postures. Her insightful message was inspiring for all ages and backgrounds. I enjoyed her addition of advanced modifications, too. Great class!
