I love and appreciate the products that you have. Every class I take is challenging and instructors very knowledgeable. I live in the mountains so every time I'm down I try and fit in a class. Have to say I really look forward to my Core Power fix!! Thank you.

Instructors are diary rate. Workout is as good as it gets, plus the added stuff that comes w a yoga practice.

Love that classes are available all day basically. Short and variety of classes with variety of young teachers, this is refreshing! Simple and sweet. Free parking is a plus. Love the no expiration punch pass. Great workout for the whole being! Thanks a godzillion!
