My first experience at CorePower was welcoming and warm. The sign in process was easy, the class was great and the locker rooms were an added bonus.

I like that the classes are challenging and while they have some predictability in their organization, they are also unique because every instructor has his/her own style. They challenge both my mind and my body, and push me to look inward at myself and my attitude.

It was a GREAT workout -- something I'd been missing from my previous studio. The teacher was very friendly and helpful.

However, I still feel out of place there (like I'm not cool or fit enough -- which is why I stopped after my free week in Uptown years ago), but I'm still going to give it a try. (I bought a 10-class pass.)

The instructors at the Highland CorePower are fantastic! Anthony is very friendly, professional and always willing to help in any way he can with a suggestion or a kind word.

Absolutely love the facility, the classes and my whole experience. I loved Tuesday class with tori the yoga sculpt. It is my favorite class now. I want to buy a membership and thought it wasn't too expensive ... I would love to teach possibly one day as an instructor

I like that there are varied class options all day weekdays and weekends because I have a weird work schedule and often can't come the same days or times each week. The classes have a warm, inviting and nonjudgmental atmosphere, the teachers I revisit are wonderful and I like learning about living a yoga-inspired life as much as I like doing the yoga. I gravitate to a class/teacher where my mind will be enriched along with my body.

Staff are friendly, positive, supportive and challenging all at the same time. I've enjoyed getting to know the styles of the different instructors--everyone cares, but each person leads class with their own special flair. The studios are always so clean, as are the dressing rooms and showers, stocked with everything you could want or need. The waiting area at Highland Park is also very peaceful, and there is ample parking in the neighborhood if the two parking lots aren't filled. Finally, interactions with other yogis show this is a group of practitioners committed to their own health and aware of the ways that our stressed-out bodies can harm others. We practice to shed that stress and promote peace--in our bodies, in our workplaces and families, and in our world.

Highland Park is one of my favorite Core Power Yoga sites! The instructors are highly energized and motivated, very passionate about all things yoga, and effective at creating a welcoming and challenging environment for all levels of practice. Walking into Core Power is simultaneously calming and energizing - allowing me to walk out after practice, more in touch with my true self. Thank you, Core Power!

Teachers are friendly and open to discussion and questions. Also the facility is always very clean.

I like that all of the classes are led by instructors who are passionate about their work and push me beyond what I think I can do. All around I always get a great work-out!
