All the teachers are great very friendly. You do need better water heater getting tired
of cold showers. Also need check your drinking fountain water is warm ,it should be
nice ,and cool to drink.

You have wonderful teachers. And your C1 program is both very enjoyable and useful.

It is always good to go to other studios and have a C-2 with different staff and poses. Nice that you have 3 studios. May have been a class right before mine in Studio 2 but I have to say when I first walked in it did have a locker room aroma. There were 3 bottles in the shower but not one was shampoo. I love Core Power and will always recommend to others :)

It was a hard but rewarding workout

I take one class at the Highland CorePower - Rebecca's Sunday evening candlelight yoga. I go almost every Sunday and hate to miss it. She is a wonderful teacher, always insightful and profound. The class has become a meaningful weekly time for me.

Yesterday, I took a 4pm YogaSculpt class with Travis Brew, who was new to the format, but taught with grace and ease as though he had been teaching it for years. I appreciate that Travis avoided the most noteworthy rookie mistake in sculpt, which is working students to their death bed. Instead, he slowly warmed everyone up, crafted a challenging but achievable sequence, and then cooled everyone down. It was, in my eyes, the perfectly balanced class. Thanks, Travis, for a great afternoon sweat!

I love going to Yoga in Highland Park. The studio is clean, bright and it's always easy to find a parking spot. The teachers are energetic, constantly changing things up and welcoming!

I love the class offerings. With three studios at this location, there is a class available for almost anyone’s schedule.

Highland park is by far my favorite studio that I go to in the twin cities area. They have fantastic staff and all of them are very personable. Some of my favorites included Anastasia, Gabe, Kathy B, Eden. They also have classes going on all the time which is great for someone like me who has a crazy schedule. It’s a great building and the facilities are always clean and working well. I highly reccomend this location!!

Classes are challenging but fun! The hour goes by so fast

Very happy with Highland Park as my ‘home’ studio. Highland Park has a lot of very strong teachers and classes that are consistently challenging (thank you Travis, Abby, and Marinos)!

My only concern is with sculpt classes. I quit taking them because I couldn’t stand watching people with terrible and dangerous form. If people aren’t listening to the verbal instructions, I would expect an instructor to then make physical adjustments/corrections. I’ve also overheard women (in their 60s likely over 65) in the changing room sharing how they won’t take that type of class because their isn’t enough attention to form and safety. They shared that they couldn’t afford to get injured at their age.

I love CorePower and Highland Park - but please be more persistent with students that aren’t picking up on verbal cues or instructions & be more willing to correct people.

Everyone I encounter at the Highland location is very welcoming and supportive. I love arriving and feeling immediately at home!!

Zaynab was a great teacher and the class was comfortable and felt appropriate to my level. I did not feel judged for being out of shape.

I like how personable all of the instructors are-- they remember your name, greet you when you walk in the door, and are excited to see you! I also like the various times each class is offered at, it makes it easy to fit yoga into even the busiest schedule!
