Nancy was a great instructor and so welcoming.

Every instructor is open and gracious. They push you but you never feel looked down upon (if you’re not that good, like I am). Clean facilities, great locker room. I like the convenience of there being lots of classes around the clock.

Studios are clean and kept up! Great sales on yoga clothes-wish they had tiki brand again! Teachers still need to be observed and taught to be on the same level, too many times I accidentally got bad ones!

I enjoy Core Power classes, sometimes it is a too smelly in the classrooms. There should be a focus on cleaning the yoga room more frequently.
