I love core power!! The staff is so friendly and the classes are great. I love knowing that the C2 flow will be fairly consistent, starting with sun salutations and then some good core exercise near the halfway point. I get disappointed when the instructor forgets to include the "core".

Sarah was an amazing instructor for my hot sculpt yoga class! I was a bit nervous and didn’t know what to expect but she had a way of making me feel confident in her abilities but also kind and welcoming. She kept time and prepared us for each next move (as a former dancer this is especially important to me!) She had fun motivating music that I caught myself singing along with several times;) She allowed time to take sips of water without breaking the momentum and made the time go by fast by encouraging us and even cheering us on in a very authentic way:)
My whole body is sore! Lol 1000% recommend!

Jessica is a great instructor and the flow class is really great after a week of strength training and cardio.

Sculpt classes were very good! Motivating and energizing. I especially liked it when it was crowded and music pumping loud.

The c2 classes are great in how they introduce peak poses to try and learn new skills.

I enjoyed the option of having a c3 class but wish it was more than just once a week.

I don’t think I can emphasize enough how amazing I feel the Kahala studio is on both a managerial level as well as instructors. Instructors like Maka, Tara, Rachel, Kalei, Christy, Tiffany, Suzanne, Theresa all seem to be imbued with a natural talent of teaching. Their classes serve not only to strengthen our bodies( and I feel like I can speak in the plural, because I know all the members I’ve spoken with feel the same…) but truly feed the soul. We all love the way Maka incorporates Hawaiian language and life lessons; the manner in which they ALL force us to look inward; energize the room with their infectious smiles and encouragement; push us to our limits while acknowledging we listen first and foremost to our bodies and modify if needed…..love the strength X (esp full body). I’ve never felt so strong (maybe consider more weights in studio?)
