Love watching my body transform and strengthen every week! I feel so grateful for these instructors! They helped me transform and be healthy!
Love this studio, there is a nice community feel to it! Also, the teachers are great, the schedule has a good balance of there different classes and Theresa is a fantastic studio manager.
Ever since Kahala had a new manager, Theresa, the place now has a great vibe! All the instructors and students are happy! I'm especially thankful that we have Theresa, Sammy E, Sammi P, Maka, Scarlett, Victoria teaching the morning prime time slots! Am excited to go to my classes these days!

Hi just a suggestion. Perhaps this was already addressed with Mall Management, but is there a way to ask the Mall if they can open up the parking area in front of the studio so the 6 am yogis can park? I’ve observed the security guard standing watch to make sure nobody sneaks in. It’s ridiculous that he would do this and for the Mall not to allow 45-50 yogis not to park there for the first class.

Theresa is such a good teacher! She has it all (I have been doing yoga for 30 years). Perfect cueing, pacing, relentless, nice, smiley... very professional.
