c2 in kahala is always lovely - my class with Kinau this past Sunday was no exception! It was the perfect Sunday recharge and with some very lovely adjustments!

I go for the teachers who make my yoga practice memorable - Liann, Cambrie, Scarlett, Isabella, Christy, Rachel, Maka, Bailey, Skylar, Theresa, Melissa Mae, Jessica, Armay, Karen, Grace. As you can tell I have many favorites and hope I didn’t miss any.

Convenient location, lots of classes to choose from & Gio’s classes are always awesome!

My 45 minute Sculpt at Kahala was great! Great experience upon entering the front door, to waiting for the class to begin, and the class itself. Instructor was very intuitive and energetic with directions. I would highly recommend to a friend. I am aware that prices are hefty, so within reason for whomever I recommend.

I like just about everything; but sometimes the music is too rap-oriented and I have heard people complain about some of the lyrics being offensive to them.

TERESA is the best YS instructor I have ever been to! SO positive, stellar sequence & choreography, IN TIME and ON BEAT with her intentional playlists. I drive to her classes from across the island whenever I have the time. Mahalo for holding on to her and taking care of her!

The studio is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly. The equipment is clean.
