Clean facility, really helpful instructors, great and varied programs and times.

I love CorePower because of the varying class times and class types. My favorite instructors are Scarlett, Maka, and Bailey. One thing that could improve is that the heaters always seem broken at Kahala and Ward and I really miss the hot room sculpts. I still sweat, but I miss the heat.

One thought would be to eventually switch the 2nd drinking fountain into a bottle filler like the other. Often a wait after the popular classes.

The live music flow was so good.
It reminded of before Covid and the weekly class that had a live guitar player that provided music. I’m sure some new/young local artists would love to perform in exchange for yoga

Honestly, the instructors lead awesome yoga classes especially C2 vinyasa to breathe, flow, be present, and challenged in great sequences. I feel recalibrated and balanced doing yoga with core work! Great community of people! Thank you!

I love it! Instructors have all been great! Only one class was an issue where they let people over the capacity without reservations in which was a little scary as far as germ exposure.

Great instructors and clean facilities

It was my first time doing hot yoga and I've only done yoga like 3 times before. The class was early to follow and learn as I went. 10/10 recommended i will definitely be back

I really enjoy attending the 5:45 am classes, which works great for those who have to be at the office early. I typically go to Scarlett's classes. She plays upbeat music, and the workouts are amazing. I highly recommend attending one of her classes.

The class Mika taught was an excellent slow-burn workout that had great tempo. Calm beginning, tense midway through and calm again at the end for the cool down. Overall, great experience!

Great facility and staff! Just need the mic to work better a better water filter will help.

Just attended an 815am class subbed by Sammi P. I would love to see more Sammi P yoga sculpt classes esp in the morning. Can we get her for the 815am on Tue since she's teaching the 930am C2 already? We really really need better line up for the 815am slot so that I dont have to drive to Ward on Tue, Thur and Fri! Nothing personal against Cleo but I speak for a lot of Kahala yogis who would prefer other instructors for the 815am slot!

Convenient location & love going to Karen’s classes. She is always pleasant & has great energy.

Great facility, clean, heated, good sound. BUT I LOVE TERESA! Thats why I keep going back. Fabulous instructor! She has a smart, challenging YS sequence & simple but profound themes. Appreciate you Teresa - Malia

This location has the cleanest locker room! The class I took was good.

I love core power, was sad to learn that the 45 minute X class was being turned into a sculpt class.- there are already so many sculpt classes in the schedule and the 45 minute x is really inline with all the current advice for woman in their 40s and over (the short burst of hit and the heavy weights)- it is really hard to maintain heavy weights in the sculpt class- the reps and the heat, the x is a better format for that and really in line with what is being recommended for longevity. And not to be negative because I love the studio- the new shampoo seems like mouth wash- ? It really doesnʻt feel like shampoo (the change happened about a month ago).

Love Kahala it’s been looking fabulous lately and the chill energy there is a nice change from my norm! 🙏🏻 thanks kahala!

I love the Kahala Studio but I wish there were yoga sculpt classes at 3:30 or 3:45.
