Great app, clean space, good instructors
My experience in the studio was great! Parking around this studio for the 5:45am class is difficult as the main part of the mall parking downstairs is closed off.
Instructor was excellent. Studio was great. I felt good after the class. I have a sore muscle is my back and the stretching really helped, even though it was somewhat painful during some moves.
Christy K is the best teacher!
I really enjoy attending Tiffany’s class on Thursdays. Love her positive vibes and how she motivates the class.

Kahala is my favorite studio on island. It's consistently clean, staff is always friendly and equipment is always sanitized and well maintained.

GREAT instructors!
I've taken a class from Theresa in the Ward District and from Liz at the Kahala location.
Theses classes are hardcore but SUCH great workouts infused with encouragement and life lessons.
The studios are lovely and sleek, as--I think--ALL yoga studios should be.
As a registered yoga teacher and fitness buff, I highly recommend CorePower Yoga. I only gave it a 9 because some may not like the heat, especially with the more intense classes.
Most zen and spa like feel out of all the corepower on the island! Merchandise is always well stocked and facilities are always clean! Ranked pretty high on my fave studio list! Instructors are so kind. All around great vibes

Instructor was awesome! Music selection was excellent and as a beginner, I had the opportunity and the space to immerse myself in the experience.

I've been taking yoga classes at CorePower Kahala for 3 months and it has been a wonderful experience! They have a great variety of classes for all levels. The studio, lobby and restrooms are immaculately clean and well-maintained. But my absolute favorite thing about CorePower Kahala is the quality of the instructors. Theresa, Tara and Jade are truly exceptional! They are knowledgeable and attentive, and their instructions are clear and easy to follow. They always offer modifications for different levels, making the class accessible to all yogis. And I love their music, which is a great enhancement to the challenging yet invigorating flow sequences. Without fail, I always leave their classes feeling both physically and mentally rejuvenated!
