I just had to give you some positive feedback! I always go to HPF class with Teresa on Saturdays. Her class was out of this world! I want to thank her for her generosity. Her calming words, her energy, the motivation she give us during class and the inspirational message she always give at the end of the class. Always a happy place to go back too. Was just talking with my friend the other day about which one we like more, and we both felt that Kahala was our favorite, primarily because of its location. All studios have great staff, are clean, etc but the good thing about Kahala is its close proximity to the freeway. Since its next to freeway on-ramps/off-ramps, I can get here and home faster than going to the Ward studio, even though the Ward studio is closer in terms of distance.
Probably the only drawback is the lack of parking during busy times (although that also happens at the Ward studio). Fortunately, most of the times that we go here are times when the parking lot is not full although there were a couple times when it took 10-15min to find parking.
Every time I’m at Ward my heart is full! 🧡🙏🏻
Brook is a great instructor. The bathroom was clean. I was sore all over (in a good way), after sculpt.

I love the variety of classes that CorePower offers. It makes working out more enjoyable since it's not the same thing every time. I also think all the instructors are awesome and have their own teaching styles. The only thing I really don't like is the $15 fees charged to us if we cancel a class. If there's emergencies or unforseen events where I can't make it, I think CorePower should be more flexible about that and allow customers to cancel before class without getting charged. Other than that, I love CorePower.

they will correct your poses for your betterment (ONLY IF YOU WANT).

Elyse was an amazing instructor. Her flow at 600am in the morning was balanced with mindful poses and strength based postures. She was very welcoming and I cannot wait to take her class again.
