I enjoy the routine the instructor puts together, the corrections he offers to ensure I am doing the pose correctly. I also appreciate the challenging pose part of the routine,
I love that there is consistency in classes. Most of the teachers are great. The style is catered for everyone. I love when the room is steamy hot. My only complaint is that some teachers don’t turn on the heat or steam. When that happens, then it takes away from the unique quality of the studio.
