I think the instructors are uplifting and motivating —and the workouts challenge me and are also fun!
Great facility. The Core powers I’ve visited in CA, IL and HI need clearer parking instructions and location instructions. When visiting, it’s difficult to find. Most times I’m at a new studio, there is no recognition of this and no intro to the studio. I wonder if a new member/visitor flag would be helpful at check in so this can be acknowledged and so help can be offered.
Each class is uniquely crafted and the instructors are very good and really connect with the students!

I love the community and the push to be a better person mentally and physically! I leave class feeling soooo good; it's unlike any other gym/studio I have been to. You really sweat everything out.
Everything is structured and organized. I feel like the classes have a format - heat etc ….so whoever is teaching you know you will get the same consistency. No opening of the door during yoga to let cold air in is great. If the door is open it is explained in the class description ie ( restore). The humidity is fantastic and using a headset to here clearly id great. Great atmosphere and overall just exceeded my expectations. I would like ward in honolulu to keep the bathrooms cleaner but I will definitely be buying a membership.

I like that the classs sizes are small and you have an ample amount of space to move around. The instructors are fun and energetic making it a good workout experience.

The class size was great, the class was enjoyable and challenging. The temperature was just right, but I like a little heat during yoga. The pace of class and the music was perfect. I really enjoyed the class and the instructor. 10/10

Very engaging, calorie burning and core engaging session. First time ever doing hot yoga and certainly was an experience. Certainly plan on coming back and registering for another class. Mahalo!
Very nice studio. Only drawback is not enough time between classes to properly stretch, etc. one class ends-then by the time the mop the floors there’s less than 5 minutes before the next class starts. Also would like the cold towels for after class.
