The staff is really kind
It provides always a great yoga practice. Many instructors are so enthusiastic, kind, patient and powerful. The staff including Gio and Sandra are absolutely welcoming and helpful.

corePower Kapolei is a super clean studio. Very welcoming teachers and members way less intimidating than other studios I’ve been to.

The teachers are awesome and I always get a great workout. The only thing that needs improvement is making sure the studio is consistently cleaned.
The teachers Rock!
Variety schedules and mix of classes. Very experienced, engaging teachers. Cleo is so versatile and excellent. Showers are appreciated. Thankfully hot water is back. There doesn’t seem to be a wait, often. However, they seem heavily used. Needs more cleaning than what is currently being done. If any future renovation, women’s locker room needs to be bigger. More counter space that is not sink. Weird that the conditioner is filled with body wash/shampoo. The entry way is quite small considering the volume of students compared to ones I’ve visited in suburban Illinois.
The teachers are good and always get a great work out. The studio is a bit cleaner than the Ward location. I just wish there were classes available from 1-2 on Mondays.

Incredible! Just what I needed during our visit to the island. After a couple of stressful days traveling & chaos with friends, I felt so centered once I finished my practice with Valentina. She provided clear instructions, demonstrated poses (including modifications) & had a very calming voice. Thank you for a great class! I’m so grateful. Wish we had a CorePower studio in SLO County (California)!
I love the newer studio and infared heat. The simple lighting is perfect for when you look up during a pose, you don’t have a light in your face.

GIO IS AMAZING
I like the area they had the class it was outside and shaded nice and cool and I like that it was free! The instructor was good wish it was a little more rigorous, but over all it was a nice stretch.
Love the staff and the teachers are absolutely amazing! Tara, Rachel, Maka, Jessica, Christy, Kalei, Theresa— all truly exceptional. I feel like I’m in therapy for my body and mind coming to CPY. Thank you for providing a haven for me- you are my happy place!
