I like the teachers, they make it easy to follow and are very motivating. The people in the front are very nice and welcoming when checking in. The bathrooms are clean. And cold water is provided at the refillable station.

I had the opportunity to take a class with my sister in law Katie Davis while visiting in June. I am so glad I did! The class was amazing (it was a hot yoga candlelight class at 5:45pm on a Tuesday). The instructor was amazing and I loved the entire vibe of the class. I liked how the class started and ended with the lights out and candles on and appreciated that we could stay in our sivasana until we felt ready to end our practice for the night. Everyone I interacted with from the instructors to the other students were friendly. I will definitely be coming back for classes next time I am on island for a visit!
