I really enjoyed the yoga class by Laurel. It was perfect for what I needed- stretching, core workout, me-time. I like the amenities you provide- water fountain, restroom with showers, etc. not crowded. Perfect!

Convenience, variety
CPY Kailua exemplifies the love and aloha spirit of Hawaii. I always prefer to practice at Kailua more than the other studios located on the island of Oahu.

CorePower Yoga was very clean. The instructor was friendly. It was a nice atmosphere and felt relaxing.
Core Power Kahala is awesome! It's clean, well appointed and the staff are friendly and helpful!
As with the other studios, the amenities, such as shower, shampoo, etc, hair dryer are all appreciated. Specifically with Kailua, the first early morning class is less crowded (with less people wanting to shower). Despite the distance I travel (from the stadium area), it is smoother, calmer, and easier to catch my morning class at Kailua versus at Ward. I will try other classes also, since the ride over the H3 is peaceful and the Kailua studio is a gem to have in the community.

Great instructors. Core Restore on Sunday evening is my absolute favorite. Great way to relax after active Kailua weekends. But all other classes are very helpful for me too.
