A fantastic full body C2 vinyasa flow with Melissa Mae on Mother's Day doing yoga with my daughter! I appreciate the box breathing techniques and levels of chakra including specific details to correctly do forehand headstand using the mirror as support and Melissa Mae's awesome teaching skills with ease and positivity. wondering with the blocks was initially told to put by the wall after class and then they get sprayed to clean but some people just stack them back without wiping so do those get cleaned?

I absolutely love the Sunday community class at CorePower Yoga Ward with Elyse, it’s hands down my favorite class of the week!
What I appreciate most is that this free class is still a real workout. It’s not some watered-down beginner session, it’s challenging, energizing, and leaves you feeling accomplished. Elyse is by far my favorite instructor, she’s easy to follow, gives clear direction, and sets such a welcoming tone from the start. She always reminds everyone that it’s your practice-rest when you need to-so there’s zero pressure to keep up with anyone else.
The studio is clean, well-kept, and easy to get to with convenient parking, which is always a bonus.
Highly recommend, whether you’re brand new or experienced, this class truly meets you where you are while still giving you an amazing workout.

Awesome experience. Although I was not flexible at all, Olivia was very welcoming and awesome. Was given alternative of certain exercises/stretches due to my flexibility issue. Overall awesome!
