I've been taking yoga classes at CorePower Kahala for 3 months and it has been a wonderful experience! They have a great variety of classes for all levels. The studio, lobby and restrooms are immaculately clean and well-maintained. But my absolute favorite thing about CorePower Kahala is the quality of the instructors. Theresa, Tara and Jade are truly exceptional! They are knowledgeable and attentive, and their instructions are clear and easy to follow. They always offer modifications for different levels, making the class accessible to all yogis. And I love their music, which is a great enhancement to the challenging yet invigorating flow sequences. Without fail, I always leave their classes feeling both physically and mentally rejuvenated!

The schedule
This HPF class was slightly different then the others that I’ve taken in the past. It was nice to get a small change to the usual HPF class routine.
Jade Co and Melissa Mae are the best instructors I’ve ever had! They are the reason I love core power!

I attended a hot yoga sculpt class taught by Jaz P and it was so awesome! Her energy made the class so much fun and I got such an incredible workout!

My experience in the studio was great! Parking around this studio for the 5:45am class is difficult as the main part of the mall parking downstairs is closed off.
