The staff are so welcoming and friendly- and the classes are truly so healing. I definitely cried during my first class out of pure catharsis. It's an emotional and physical detox. Absolutely lovee!

Some really great teachers these days and the studio seems to be managed so much better than when I started a few years ago. Classes are overall solid. Love this studio.
The stickers on the floors have really helped a lot, would love if the teachers who have big classes could remind people to use them.
The music speakers/mic in the sculpt room are not always working that great. One class I could barely understand what the teacher was saying even though she was yelling into her mic. I think it depends on where you stand in the room on how the sound quality would be. I think for the teachers and students, it would be better to have a proper sound system installed for better sound distribution. Currently, some areas are so loud I have to where earplugs because it hurts my ears, and other areas I can't clearly hear the mic. It's kind of strange.

Great instructors. Very nice clean facilities. Friendly and very much accommodating. The amount of classes throughout the day gives me more flexibility on when and where I can schedule a class. I would very much recommend CorePower.

A fantastic full body C2 vinyasa flow with Melissa Mae on Mother's Day doing yoga with my daughter! I appreciate the box breathing techniques and levels of chakra including specific details to correctly do forehand headstand using the mirror as support and Melissa Mae's awesome teaching skills with ease and positivity. wondering with the blocks was initially told to put by the wall after class and then they get sprayed to clean but some people just stack them back without wiping so do those get cleaned?

The instructors are amazing! They always greet you with a smile and upbeat greeting. I don’t think I have ever seen this consistent positive attitude and engagement in any business that I have engaged with. I don’t know if this is just great hiring, training, or luck?
