i'm impressed by the professional and personal level of service of the yoga teachers from the front desk to the mat. across the board, the teachers are all very nice, polite and very genuinely focused on delivering a great class and the classes are consistently taught at a high level.
i'm in my 50's, so i'm usually one of the oldest people taking classes....its refreshing to see so many nice healthy kids in their 20's doing yoga. i'm very pleased that my daughter has picked this up and that we can attend together.

The heat and the classes
There needs to be much improvement to the actual facility, needs to be cleaner , I noticed there's a tile missing in the roof (where water was leaking) for almost a year now. Why would you not fix that right away? It makes me question the studio , you should have the funds to fix it.
Also during shabasana - no talking (teachers) please and play relaxing meditation music ..

Samantha the instructor was incredible and I was able to talk to her for a while afterwards. I loved her class

Great workout!

A lot of classes, a lot of variety, great location, reasonable prices, music in classroom, clean showers, locks for common use, free filtered water if I bring my own bottle (great for environment and budget)

Dislike: no wall clock in classroom, no easy way to know in advance which sequances will be done in a class, going through sequances a bit too fast.
All of these combine to make it very difficult to follow instructions sometimes.

Will highly recommend the free week to friends, and plan to pay for a drop-in class a couple of times a month for the foreseeable future, maybe more as budget/time allow

The classes are small and intimate and the instructors are always hands-on.

Lots of classes to pick from. Love it if you'd make over the studios in less of a dark theme. Would love to have a bright and airy yoga studio .
