The instructors were really welcoming & taught a really hard class.
Having recently gone through teacher training, I have finally begun to grasp the concept of bringing yoga to the masses. I think Core Power does an exceptional job at making people feel like they don't have to be a "granola eating, sitar playing, vegan" to practice yoga, and when done with an open mind, yoga will change your life. I love the consistency, I love the accessibility and most of all I love the instructors.
You get a good workout and the teachers are friendly.

Kate was a great sculpt teacher. I recently moved to LA from San Diego where I have been going to the Encinitas studio for about 6 years--I just completed bootcamp there! Kate was up to par with my previous instructors and I look forward to continuing my yoga here in LA!
I live the variety of the classes and how often they are. I would like to see more Core Power 1.5 classes though. Sometimes the C2 classes are too crowded for the instructor to help me with a pose.
