Alex's class was great. He's good at demonstrating the form, and suggesting options for those of us who are less flexible. Room temp was perfect...Some other classes haven't been hot enough

Honestly, the studios could be cleaned more frequently however, with that said your employees are amazing!!
I love Core Power and usually it is about me being able to work out, not about an insructor.
Recently that has changed a bit as I do fing certain instructors not compatible with the yoga we are doing.

I am fortunate enough to be able to visit other studios and even though it breaks the days and workouts up I have to admitt we love coming back to Sun Valley!!!

The facilities are always pretty clean. Whoever the buyer for clothing is - they are killing it! I love the selection! I think I saw Rezeloot in the mix last time I was in the studio, which makes me SO stoked. The yoga mat selection could improve a bit (check out Sankalpa Yoga Mats. Made of 100% recycled material with an anti-slip, sweat wicking microfiber cloth top, featuring art by yogis). The accessibility to the instructors is great. The flow of classes and class offerings are awesome, but it would be cool to have a class dedicated to benefits of each pose for your body... maybe a full 60min dedicated to detoxing through poses?
