Loved Matt-his music choice, sense of humor and easy going nature. I used to enjoy Noaa's class on Sundays but, since she left, I'm glad someone like Matt took over.
Location is very convenient. Yoga instructors are great in that they are nice and classes are challenging. I always feel invigorated after each class! Highly recommend!
The class was really enjoyable. The instructor did different poses than I was used to. She allowed more advanced people to practice their poses, which was a great opportunity.

The sculpt classes are amazing! Overall, everyone who works at corepower is extremely friendly and I feel like I am getting a great workout with a motivating instructor.
