Great, personable instructors! Clean studio and nice showers. Nice feel to the clientele.

The teaching staff is great and very helpful, especially for a yoga novice like myself. Classes are welcoming (you don't feel like you need to be a yogi or in shape to take a class) and supportive. I also really enjoy the music during class since it helps me focus on the poses, rather than being in my head and worrying about what I look like. I also enjoy feeling empowered to try new poses and get outside of my comfort zone. With Chris' help this week, I managed to hold crow pose for longer than 2 seconds! It felt like a triumph!

I enjoy being part of a supportive yoga community where we all strive to reach our personal goals. The wonderful instructors are able to transport yogis to a space where we can focus on our emotional, mental, and physical strength and well-being. The quality of instruction is exceptional and the space is perfect for my practice.

I really enjoy the classes at core power. I wish that there were more options available on class pass. I was able to get into this one, since I had a day off of school.

I like the schedule, the location, the ease of parking, the facility and the friendly staff I've met so far. I've only been to 2 classes so far, but I am totally impressed.

I like that classes can be modified - even within a C1 or sculpt class. This makes it accessible to more ppl who may be timid in their practice

Comminity class

I like the studio's clean and spacious look with large windows and new wood floors.
I like the instructors and staff. Also like the soothing music for Fusion class.
I like the bathrooms have shampoo and body wash, mouthwash and hairdryers to get straight to work.
I like free parking.

Lovely space, lovely staff. I might not recommend to a new person since it jumps right in, but I will highly recommend it to someone who knows yoga. great atmosphere!

Sculpt is truly amazing! Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will be challenged in every class. At the same time, it makes for a very fun work out. It's hot, it's non-stop, the music is always on point, and it's attainable.
